Visionary Brands, Inc Corporate Headquarters & Warehouse

Client: Visionary Brands

Location: West Berlin, New Jersey

Square Footage: 23,500SF

Project Statement: A high-tech automotive aftermarket company, Visionary Brands contacted us to develop a language and vision for their new corporate headquarters and warehouse facility. Anchor worked closely with the client to determine the future direction and investment opportunities of the development project. Once that was established, we designed a look and feel for the facility that conveyed their image, product brand identity, as well as the flexibility and future reproduction of an industrial complex on the site. Construction is in progress currently and finished pictures will be updated throughout.

Alloway Realty

Client: Alloway Realty

Location: Vincentown, New Jersey

Project Statement: Alloway Realty and Carrie Grundner have been long time business people in the Vincentown area. When Carrie approached Anchor Point Architecture, the first thought was “I need a new and functional building” We sincerely looked at the existing building.  Even though the historic character was minimal, we wanted to make sure removing the building was a good idea. Through code research, planning and ADA usability the existing office building did not meet many basic requirements.

Anchor Point Architecture’s team, Led by Lee DiPrinzio, RA, PP embarked on the road of Pine land approvals for a similar foot print, Local approvals and finally designing a building. Lee, Samantha Niroda and Frank Criniti, RA where much involved in the elevation s, planning for parking and coordination. Miller Desper handled the phone call coordination of the client and contractors during the building phase.

The architecture style was asked to be simple and clean. We developed a “Williamsburg” theme. The final project plan and elevations where delight to all. A very proud project.
