Corporate Projects

Philadelphia Federal Credit Union

Client: PFCU Corporate

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Square Footage: 56,000 sf

Project Statement: The Philadelphia Federal Credit Union project was a 56,000 S.F. corporate headquarters in a PIDC (Philadelphia Industrial Development Corp.) development zone. We provided complete architectural and engineering services for the new building, including communications system design. Our principals were involved in all aspects of the process, from inception through construction. Our services included coordination of the interior design, and design and implementation of the communications system and installation. The size and scope of this project ensured that our solutions were creative and responded to the way the client worked in the environment. Being involved in all aspects of this project—including site plan, building design, engineering, interior layout and construction administration—helped us ensure that the overall intent remained pure and true to the client’s needs.

Penn Capital Investments

Client: Penn Capital Investments

Location:Philadelphia,Pennsylvania

Square Footage: 15,000 sf

Project Statement: This project offered interior fit-out design that included the coordination of local company representatives, Liberty Property Trust, and corporate computer network personnel. The 15,000 S.F. corporate headquarters office space had to be coordinated with the technology side of their operation, but most importantly, Anchor worked to maintain the building's LEED Platinum Certification. The full set of architectural and engineering documents included tenant fit-out, electrical modifications, new HVAC systems, and full architectural space planning. In addition, Anchor was involved in all aspects of construction administration. Anchor Point Architecture and the construction team met regularly to achieve all of the project goals on budget, on time, and with no disruption to their very sensitive investment business and clients.

Lukoil Training Center

Client: Lukoil Corporate

Location: Carneys Point, New Jersey

Square Footage: 15,000SF

Project Statement: Utilizing an abandoned truck stop, Anchor Point Architecture was asked to design a corporate training facility for Lukoil’s East Coast operations. An existing multi-unit wood frame building and retail restaurant on the site was converted into a classroom training facility that also included meeting rooms and dormitory housing for the trainees. The completed design included an operational gas station/truck stop with hands-on training facilities, a convenience store, a restaurant, a drivers’ lounge, restrooms and shower facilities. The success of this project was coordinating a training building, a retail asset and a full-service fuel station, which all worked as a training site and profit center. Anchor Point received local use and occupancy permits. Our firm coordinated a full site plan and architectural documents.

Nextel Communications

Client: Nextel Corporate

Location: Trevose, Pennsylvania

Square Footage: 13,000

Project Statement: The opportunity to work with a national client is always a privilege and a challenge. This interior fit-out design project involved coordinating with local company representatives, a national consultant, and corporate computer network personnel. The 13,000 S.F. warehouse conversion into office space for 54 people had to be coordinated with the technology side of their operation, but most importantly avoid all regulatory delays. Local authorities were invited into the process, and after presentation and negotiation, Nextel was able to move ahead with no zoning issues to impede progress. The full set of architectural and engineering documentation included tenant fit-out, a new ADA restroom, electrical service upgrades, new HVAC systems and a break room. In addition, Anchor was involved in all aspects of construction administration with the client to achieve all of the project goals on budget and on time.

Client: EMSL Analytical

Location:Cinnaminson,New Jersey

Square Footage: 90,000SF

Our design included an interior fit-out to accommodate the client’s corporate offices, business offices, multiple lab spaces, chemical storage room, warehouse upgrades and a customer sample drop-off room with direct exterior access. Our design also provided a complete exterior façade renovation, giving the building an updated look. Our firm facilitated all local approvals, including very stringent redevelopment zone requirements.

Uliase & Uliase Law Offices

Client: Tom Uliase, Esquire

Location: Audubon, New Jersey
