Auletto Caterers

Client: The Auletto Family

Contractor: Big Sky Construction

Location: Deptford, New Jersey

Square Footage: 11,111 sf

Project Statement: Auletto's is a South Jersey landmark with decades of history serving the community. Anchor was approached as part of a design build solution by Big Sky Construction to work as a team developing a dynamic solution to help the facility and the family to renovate for the future. Anchor Point Architecture developed a plan to renovate the facility updating its interiors and ballrooms with LED lighting solutions, specialty ceiling designs and new materials and finishes to enhance the business in this very competitive market. The project was challenging due to large HVAC units located in the attic spaces above the existing facility to be renovated as well as the inability to shut down during the renovation. Anchor Point Architecture & Big Sky Construction solved the problems to craft a space the client can be proud of for the future.

Mikado Japanese Restaurant & Sushi Bar

Client: Tony Lin

Location: Cherry Hill, New Jersey

Square Footage: 4,750 sf

Project Statement: Mikado is a South Jersey landmark. Our firm approached this new Hibachi-style layout with a materials-sensitive design. Shapes and volumes sprung from the client’s own suggestions, as Anchor Point refined curving interior spaces and dissected stone walls. Our client is now obtaining financing and looking forward to the future plans for this new building in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Scaturro's Restaurant

Client: Anthony Scaturro

Location: Marlton, New Jersey

Project Statement: When a new owner purchased this Historic Building and restaurant, he completely renovated the facility. Our Tuscan design included banquet rooms, dining areas, outdoor bars, dining patios and a large new kitchen. Anchor worked on the facility’s new theme and language, incorporating that criteria into every aspect of the proposed design.

The Famous King of Pizza

Client: Frank, Anthony, and Mario Scaturro

Location: Various Locations

Project Statement: Anchor completely renovated this landmark in Cherry Hill. We developed a new image and language for the facility, as well as its franchise. We worked with the client to create a sophisticated and recognizable building image that could be repeated and duplicated in other places. Once completed, we moved on to their second facility, in Berlin, NJ, using the same concepts and themes that we had developed in Cherry Hill.

La Cena Ristorante

Client: Franco Di Cianni

Location: Bensalem, Pennsylvania

Project Statement: For LaCena Ristorante, our staff got to work with a fiberglass molding contractor. That hands-on design and lighting coordination led to a colorful and stunning interior lounge and restaurant. We also utilized soffit designs and neon indirect lighting to enhance the mood and feel. This client had a specific vision for his establishment, and we made it happen.

Piazza Di Scotto

Client: Mr. John Scotto

Location: Mt. Holly, New Jersey

Project Statement: We developed and implemented a branding (theme, name and concept), an imaging design, a full architectural design, and administrated construction for this brand-new restaurant in an existing facility.

Bucks County Coffee

Client: Bucks County Coffee Corporate

Location: Various

Square Footage: Various

Project Statement: Anchor Point worked with Bucks County Coffee corporate representatives to develop a new architectural image for their kiosks and standalone stores in the region. We worked on their facilities in Philadelphia’s 30th Street Station, which meant balancing Amtrak, local, and State requirements. We also developed solutions for Historic Buildings in Fairmount Park.

Philly Crab & Steak Restaurant

Philly Crab & Steak Restaurant

Client: Steve Clark

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Project Statement: We provided design and documentation for this new-from-the-ground-up steak and seafood restaurant on the banks of the Delaware River. We carried out this clean concept in a simple yet elegant way, and incorporated wide-open walls to create an outdoor dining experience.

7 Fishes Restaurant

Client: Mr. John Scotto

Location: Cherry Hill, New Jersey

Project Statement: Further expanding our relationship with Mr. Scotto, Anchor helped develop his seafood restaurant concept, based on the traditional Italian Feast of the Seven Fishes. From this concept, Anchor provided interior fit-out design for a new restaurant in an existing facility. The key here was elegant-but-fun, with a strong sea theme.

Luciano Lamberti

Client: Mr. Luciano Lamberti

Location: Various

Square Footage: Various

Project Statement: Anchor worked with this restaurateur on three projects—two in Berlin, New Jersey, and one in Margate, New Jersey. Our work included comprehensive renovation projects, proposals for new concepts, and a large, new-from-the-ground-up entertainment, dining and catering facility.
