His background also includes real estate development and coordinating project construction teams. Lee is licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York.

Frank is our lead project architect and primary point of contact for our clients. He assists in project management and technical support of all detailing, production and design. Frank works on design concepts and coordinates those concepts with the office architectural staff. He also provides scheduling, cost, and project administration services. Frank is currently licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
With a diverse background and more than 28 years of experience, Frank brings unique organizational skills and attention to detail to all aspects of your project. He also welcomes the opportunity to work with new people on new ideas.

As lead project manager, Miller is responsible for guiding projects through the design process from concept to completion. His approach ensures that a client’s needs and requirements are maintained throughout. Miller is also responsible for coordinating all outside consultants on a project, and he maintains contact with our clients, as well as providing scheduling, cost support and project administration. Miller’s experience in a diverse array of construction arenas uniquely positions him to manage your project at Anchor Point.
